View from the entrance of the National Library????,
I think the view is from the Löwel Strasse (Side of the Bundeskanzleramt), throug the fence of the Volksgarten. The entrance of the National Library looks out on the Josef Platz.....sorry to be so critical.
I like the pattern of the Fence, the look from dark to light...Man are you a good photographer. Wünsche einen guten Flug nach Wien.

E. de - yes, you are right (as usual)...I did not know the access road (to the librabry) had a name. And yes, the shot is through the fence of the Volksgarten from that point. Thanks for the help and kind words :))

I’m sure it’s not true! If it was, nothing lake that would have been posted! It sounds so weird! I doubt that anyone would ever believe it!
