Wet SouvenirsHere's a good example of the power of wet streets and what they can do for an image. The effect created by the wet street with the red neon glow/relection makes this image. The longer shutter creates a nice blur on the passerby.
This square is located in the 1st District across from the famous St. Stephans Cathedral.

Hi Tom,
Great picture on a dark and dreary night! Is this behind St. Stephans? I remember going into a little shop there to buy some things for our family here in the states. I don't remember that it had a "SOUVENIRS" sign hanging out front -- and there definitely were no vending machines then.
